Return & Refund Policy – Black Mango

Welcome to Black Mango. We value your trust and strive to provide premium-quality fragrances. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, leaked, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused and returned with original packaging, box, and accessories.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfume products cannot be returned.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale offers
  • Products without original packaging

3. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear unboxing video
  • Photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement product, or
  • Full refund/store credit (depending on availability)

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after verification.

Refunds will be credited to:

  • Original payment method, or
  • Store credit/COD bank transfer (if applicable)

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.


5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
